Last week, former SportsCenter anchor and current radio personality, Dan Patrick, announced that he’d be leaving Fox Sports Network.
The 56-year-old Patrick has been a longtime host of The Dan Patrick Show, but it’s rumored that he’ll be moving to another channel soon.
Media Reporter, John Ourand, of the Sports Business Journal informed his followers via twitter that Patrick probably will be heading over to the NBC Sports Network.
“We thought we were a good fit for the show considering our broad distribution across the country, but unfortunately, we couldn’t agree on terms for a new deal,” Fox Sports VP/Communications Chris Bellitti said to the SBJ regarding Dan Patrick leaving. “Instead, we view this as an opportunity to develop a consistent block of collegiate programming featuring the best games from the prior weekend.”

Source tells me “Dan Patrick Show” is talking with other distributors like NBC Sports Group. If the show is off TV, it won’t be for long.
