That does raise a good question. Would the NBA, knowing his sports gambling history, really accept him as a owner of a franchise? On the one hand, his calculated and methodical nature might make him just what certain franchises need. On the other hand, his finances aren’t steady and the fact that the NBA is not fond of gambling may make a tense situation. If he, or any other gambler of his criteria, were to ever own a team I think they would constantly face scrutiny whether they were successful or not.
