MSE To Offer Rewards For Season Ticket Holders

MSEHave you ever wanted to be rewarded for all those sports tickets you buy?  If you’re a fan of Washington teams, you may be in luck.  Monumental Sports and Entertainment (MSE) has just launched a program to do just that:  Reward fans for being loyal ticket purchasers. The program sees MSE partner with E Group to engage the Washington area season ticket holders.

Buy Tickets, get Rewarded

Monumental Sports and Entertainment is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country. With one of the most diverse partnership groups in all of sports, MSE owns and operates three professional sports teams. The NBA’s Washington Wizards, NHL’s Washington Capitals and WNBA’s Washington Mystics are all under the operation of MSE.  The group also owns and operates the Verizon Center.

MSE has recently partnered with E Group Inc, which will allow ticket buyers to earn points for various ticketing actions.  For instance, buying and renewing season tickets, attending games and member events and achieving tenure as a season-ticket member are just a few of the ways members can earn points.  Jim Van Stone – Monumental Sports & Entertainment’s senior vice president of ticket sales and service – explains the additional business benefits from incorporating such a program:

“We wanted to find a unique way to thank our loyal fan bases.  Providing a rewards program creates additional touch points for great customer service and provides our dedicated season-ticket members with opportunities to access great experiences and take advantage of the benefits that are most meaningful to them.”

MSE Offering Some Monumental Rewards


The program will be dubbed “Monumental Rewards,” which seems quite fitting given the quality rewards that will be offered.  Fans will be able to use their points for anything from signed player items and team merchandise to exclusive team related access and experiences like getting their picture taken at mid court or center ice.

A special auction will also be set up so members can bid their points on chances to attend post-game press conferences, watch a game in a suite with Capitals or Wizards alumni, have Dinner at the Acela Club restaurant or bid to get highly-coveted, autographed memorabilia.
