Question: When interviewing a college undergrad for an internship what do you look for most on a resume? What could they do to stand out?

I have found that a figurative explanation for the work I have done is most beneficial. Recruiters like to see numbers i.e. increasing an employers following or sales by a certain percentage during the time of your employment. Also, tailoring your work experience to contain the recruiters key words will reassure them you’re the right person for the job.
