Athlete Marketing Guy

Bill Sanders As the Chief Marketing Officer at BDA Sports Management, Bill Sanders is fascinated with the marketing process and especially, “fan loyalty.” According to Mr. Sanders, the primary goal of any marketer is to improve consumer loyalty, and there is no loyalty greater than that between fans and their favorite athletes/teams.

He started his blog to encourage thought and discussion of current events and how they impact the world of sports marketing. With broadcast television audiences becoming more fragmented and more vulnerable to time shifting and place shifting, Mr. Sanders believes sports marketing will become even more important than it is today. On his blog, he’d like to be able to explore and discuss that process.

I like the list and there’s some good stuff there!
But just so you’re aware, several of them don’t update regularly (And Athlete Marketing Guy, for example, has only done 3 posts since February) and PR in Sports hasn’t updated in over a year.  Maybe should have left those off the list?
