		<description>As a secondary ticket broker I just wanted to say that your article was spot on. People want two thing from what I can see, more value for their dollar as well as being treated like a king. Although we usually treat the person who person who spends the most, in this economy you have to try and treat everyone like a king because you don’t know who they are friends with. Treating someone like a king doesn’t mean bestowing tons of lavish gifts on them, it just means starting out treating them with respect. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;With this economy you need every sale possible plus it keeps you in the game when the economy turns, most likely they will remember you treated them well when they times were bad and their loyalty will show it.</description>
